Grief, Meditation, Therapy

I still can't work out the formatting here, I'm a bit dumb.  My new blog is about practicing meditation (embodied shamatha and attention to Trungpa's beautiful teaching on the 'soft spot') and therapy/awakening work with Robert Augustus Masters.
