I am moving into a place in practice whereby my heart is feeling more, my embodied awareness is becoming greater to some degree and non-conceptuality is seeming more real than before.

I am grateful to be exploring Buddhism within our contemporary world; including gender, diet, Focused Intensity Training, communication, emotional work, art, science and of course meditation, meditation, meditation.

I enjoy wiritng and am published in Martial Arts Illustrated, Geoff Thompson's great book 'A Begginner's Guide to Darkness' and on Kenwilber.com

I will soon be qualified to teach Geoff Thompson's self-protection system and am currently leading meditation sessions for Geoff, working with a wide range of people, from yoga practitioners, to ex-hard drug user and high security prison inmates with so far great results.
